5台掩护支架在7m大采高综采面支架回撤中的应用

Application of Five Shield Supports Retraction Method in 7 Meter Large Mining Height Longwall Mining

摘要: 针对现有回撤工艺中采用木垛支护,工人劳动强度大、危险性高,木材消耗量大、资源浪费严重等问题,在大柳塔煤矿52306工作面创新使用了5台专用掩护支架控制顶板的支架回撤方法。实践证明,该方法实现了回撤端头三角区顶板机械化支护,有效缩小空顶面积|与4台掩护支架回撤工艺相比,回撤过程中使用的木垛节省了约50%,回撤效率提高了30%|降低了工人的劳动强度,保证了大采高综采工作面支架的安全回撤。

Abstract: Currently, timber supports are widely used in retraction of supports surface, which have the problems of heavy duty, high risk, large timbers consumption and heavy resource wastes. Five special shield supports retraction method is used innovatively in panel 52306 of Da Liu Ta coal mine. Practice has proved that the method realizes mechanized roof support of terminal areas, availably reducing unsupported area; saving timber about 50% and increasing efficiency about 30% during retraction operation compared with four shield supports retraction technology; reducing labor intensity of workers and ensuring the safety of the support of large mining height fully mechanized mining face.
